The scope of the specialty is extensive and includes the diagnosis and management of facial injuries, and head and neck cancers including:
- full reconstruction
- salivary gland diseases
Facial disproportion including:
- craniofacial disorders
- vascular anomalies
- temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders
- facial pain
- impacted teeth
- cysts
- tumours of the jaws
